Student Assistant: Quality Inspection / Content QA (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

• You inspect graphic outputs (Listings, A+ Content, Brand Stores, Advertising Assets) for content-related, design-related, and linguistic correctness.

• You recognize even the smallest deviations from briefings, style guides, and CI guidelines and document these in a comprehensible manner.

• You provide structured feedback to our designers, both written and through direct exchange.

• You work closely with Account Management, Content Team, and clients.

• You help develop and standardize our QA processes.

What You Bring

• A registered student with at least 3 more semesters in Kassel (open to any field of study, preferably media, design, marketing, communication or comparable).

• A keen eye for detail and a sense of responsibility, even when dealing with high output volumes.

• Didactic skills: You can explain corrections and problems in a way that they are understood and implemented.

• Patience and a sovereign approach to different work speeds within the team.

• A basic understanding of design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma) and willingness to learn new tools and platforms.

• A sense of what is graphically feasible and what is not.

• Very good German language skills and good English language skills in writing and speaking.

• A basic understanding of marketing (you recognize how a good advertisement text or a sales-oriented visual is structured).

• Availability for at least 80 hours per month.
