Tasks

Our partner real estate brokers receive leads from us, which are potential buyers. To efficiently process these leads and ensure our collaboration runs smoothly, we collect feedback from the brokers on these leads.

You will support us in reviewing, evaluating, and continuously improving these processes. You will take on the following tasks:

• Quality Management: You review the incoming feedback from our partner brokers for correctness and plausibility according to internal criteria
• Administrative Process Management: You process refund and cancellation requests according to clear guidelines and keep track of the processes
• Data Maintenance: You ensure a clean and consistent data basis and carefully enter feedback and decisions into the system
• Pattern Recognition: You recognize recurring anomalies in the feedback data and provide structured hints for further processing to our teams
• Process Support: You bring your ideas for developing existing processes - always with a clear focus on practical solutions
• Interface Communication: You answer questions about the feedback and refund process, clarify any discrepancies both verbally and in writing, and serve as an administrative interface between brokers and our team
• Nobody's perfect: You bring no experience in all areas? No problem - we will structure your entry and develop your potential together

Qualification

• You are a registered student and work with data and evaluations
• You work structured, carefully, and reliably and keep track even with complex tasks
• You bring an IT affinity, find your way quickly in digital tools, and have first experiences with Excel or table work
• You communicate clearly, friendly, and professionally - both in writing and orally - and can mediate well between different teams
• You have no hesitation in picking up the phone to clarify questions directly and act hands-on when necessary
• You have very good German language skills on C2 level
