Work Student: Quality Management & Partner Communication (m/w/x) - Real Estate Management

Tasks

Our partner real estate brokers receive leads from us, so-called leads. To efficiently process these leads and ensure our cooperation runs smoothly, we collect feedback from the brokers on these leads.

You support us in reviewing this feedback, evaluating it, and continuously improving processes. You will take over the following areas:

• Quality Management: You analyze the feedback from our partner brokers and check its accuracy and plausibility
• Process Tracking: You keep track of refunds and cancellations of leads, document decisions carefully, and ensure transparent processes
• Reporting: You prepare data clearly, create reports on refunds, feedback loops, and analyze why the quality was not satisfactory
• Trend Analysis: You identify trends and patterns in the feedback data and support our team in making informed decisions
• Process Optimization: You identify potential for improvement in our feedback processes and actively supports optimization
• Stakeholder Management: You are the interface between brokers and our team, answering questions about the feedback process and ensuring smooth communication
• Sparring Partner: You support our PreSales team in optimizing the qualification process for new leads
• Nobody's perfect: You bring no experience in all areas yet? No problem - we'll work with you to develop your potential

Qualification

• You are enrolled as a student and have the desire to take on real responsibility during your studies
• You work structured, carefully, and reliably, and keep an overview even with complex tasks
• You communicate clearly, friendly, and professionally - both in writing and orally - and can mediate well between different teams
• You have no hesitation to pick up the phone to clarify questions directly and act hands-on when necessary
• You possess very good German language skills
