Aufgaben

• Support for property management, which is responsible for ensuring the flawless functioning of commercial properties,
• Participation in acceptance and handover of technical installations (e.g. sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems) with external service providers,
• Support during construction site visits and inspections,
• Controlling, reviewing, and filing documentation and revision records for technical installations at new and existing buildings,
• Shaping of documentation structures and
• Reviewing and filing maintenance and expert reports for building technology

Qualifikation

• Semester independent, wirtschaftswissenschaftlicher Studiengang
• Interest in the Immobilienwirtschaft
• Interest in project management and the functioning of buildings
• You are available 20 hours a week (up to 40 hours per week possible during semester breaks)
• A hands-on mentality, as well as a structured and self-organized work style
