STRIVE is for everyone who thinks about economy. And has the goal to make more women in economy visible and tell exciting economic stories from a female perspective.

In addition to the bi-monthly print magazine, you will find at STRIVE also monthly Masterclasses and local events. Furthermore, we have a training program called Becoming CEO and a network called Powerhouse.

We are looking for an intern:in in project management (m/w/d) for our publishing house with seat in Hamburg.

Tasks

• You support the planning and implementation of STRIVE formats like Masterclasses, events or workshops
• You work on concrete projects and help to keep track of schedules, to-dos and communication channels
• You support internal coordination and ensure that all parties involved know what needs to happen when
• You jump into ongoing projects, document progress and think about further development with
• You research new topics, target groups or potential cooperations and lead concrete ideas or recommendations from them
• You support communication with partners, speakers or other involved parties and take over coordination also independently

Qualification

• You are studying economics, communications science, psychology or something similar - above all you have a passion for working on projects
• You have a good sense of structure and work well with clear procedures and to-do lists
• You can quickly get into new topics and don't lose sight even when faced with a multitude of tasks
• You work reliably, independently and are eager to take responsibility
• You are curious, communicative and have an interest in STRIVE themes like career, leadership, education and society
