Working Student Project Management (*gn)

• You will support our project managers in day-to-day operations for internal and client projects.
• You will be involved in the creation and maintenance of project documentation.
• You will take over communication with internal and external project stakeholders as needed.
• You will support reporting and the evaluation of project data.
• You will take over other assistant tasks (e.g., appointment organization, minute-taking) and administrative tasks as needed.

• You are an enrolled student (*gn), ideally with initial office experience.
• You have initial experience with common office software (MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• A meticulous, structured, and independent way of working characterizes you.
• You enjoy collaborating with other people and are always curious.
• You have a quick grasp of things and enjoy thinking through complex interrelationships.
• You want to support us for at least 15 hours per week.
• Do you prefer to get hands-on on-site? Perfect – we work together in the office in Hanover.
