At 1KOMMA5°, we are building Europe's leading energy software platform “Heartbeat”, thereby creating a virtual power plant that connects customers' photovoltaic systems, electricity storage, heat pumps, and charging stations, significantly increasing the profitability of interconnected customer systems. We also offer customers a “One-Stop-Shop” for purchasing and installing individual and intelligent energy system solutions, enabling every household to live, heat, and be mobile in a climate-neutral way quickly and professionally. At the same time, in our technology division, we are working on the further development and expansion of the Heartbeat software to connect customers worldwide with the electricity market and thus always offer the cheapest and cleanest electricity tariff.

• Motivation & Mindset: You bring a pronounced can-do mentality, enjoy working operationally, and flexibly support the team where you are needed – without losing sight of your quality standards.

• Studies & Interest: You are currently pursuing studies (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Project Management, or comparable), are enthusiastic about the cleantech industry, or wish to reorient yourself professionally.

• Organizational Talent: A structured, independent, and precise way of working characterizes you. You always maintain an overview even with parallel tasks.

• Availability: You are available for at least 3, ideally 6 months (preferably also as part of a mandatory internship).

• Hands-on Support: You will actively participate in the operational day-to-day business of project coordination and ensure reliable planning processes.

• Capacity & Schedule Management: You will coordinate construction site appointments with our locations, keep an overview of calendars, and optimally align processes with the on-site conditions.

• Partner Coordination: As a central interface between our team, the locations, and external heat pump partners, you will accompany construction site discussions and be available as a contact person.

• System & Data Maintenance: You will precisely maintain project data and schedule statuses in our internal systems and ensure high data quality.
