Working Student: Product & Quality Assurance (M/F/D)

We are building the greatest independent event platform in the world. And we believe that going out makes us better people.

Our goal is that every user in their city finds exciting events daily that inspire and show how many special experiences await out there. And that event organizers have a platform where they can reach the right people and build their own community.

For this, we are looking for you: As a Working Student in Product & Quality Assurance, you will help ensure that new features are not only developed but also very easy to use. You will actively shape various phases of the product lifecycle - from research and conception through testing to documentation and further development of our products.

• You will work closely with the development and product team, acting as an important link between the two areas and helping to develop and bring product concepts to life.

• You will test new features in our digital products - systematically and with an eye for what can happen in real-world use. You will also check after changes to ensure that existing features continue to run reliably. If something does not work as expected, you will document it with understandable steps, screenshots, or other helpful information.

• You will contribute fresh ideas, discover potential for improvement in our app and website, and help continuously improve the user experience. Your sense for design and usability is explicitly requested here.

• You are a registered student.

• You are interested in digital products and have a good sense for design and user experience.

• First experiences in product, development, or testing are a plus. An ISTQB certification is advantageous, but not a must. You don't have to have done all of it already.

• You work carefully and like to get to the bottom of things - even if an error doesn't appear on the first try.

• You can describe observations clearly and enjoy working with different people.

• You are reliable, organize yourself independently, and quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.

• You can communicate well in English, even in a technical environment.

• Culture and events are fun for you. Even better if you enjoy going out yourself.

• You will help shape a platform that brings people to new experiences and events.

• You will work closely with the product and development team and gain insight into the entire product process.

• You will receive real creative freedom: Your perspective counts - even as a working student. You can actively co-shape the further development of our products and contribute your own ideas.

• Flexible arrangement of working hours and work location.

• Flat hierarchies, regular team events, and unique insight into the cultural scene.

• A monthly Probonio voucher and access to the mental health platform Open Up.

Then send us:
