As Werkstudent:in Product Management, you're not just joining somewhere; you'll take responsibility for parts of our ventures from day one.

Aufgaben

What you do here

• Ownership instead of support: You're responsible for your own project strands in our ventures and not just supporting in the background, but with real decision-making power over implementation and direction.
• From idea to product: You accompany digital solutions from the first hypothesis to market readiness – including technical feasibility testing. Short cycles, early validation, fast feedback: we build, test, throw away what doesn't work, and scale what does.
• Ai/Tech-Scouting: You're at the forefront of new KI-tools and technologies, testing them, evaluating them, bringing them into our products before others do.
• Rapid Prototyping & R&D: You're part of it when an idea becomes a testable prototype in just a few days and learn how to distinguish feasibility from wishful thinking.

Qualifikation

What you bring

• Continuous studies (Business Informatics, Computer Science or comparable) with solid technical foundation
• Deep technical understanding: you understand how software is built, even if you don't code every day
• Analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and the ability to find solutions in unclear situations instead of waiting for instructions
• Good understanding of AI-assisted/AI-native development
• Hunger for new things: You want to build things, not just manage them
• Solid German and English skills
• High self-responsibility: you don't need micromanagement to deliver
• Ability to handle high tempo
