Student:in Product Management - Technical Customer Support (m/w/d)

Part Time Entry Level

Job description

You're IT-affine, but you also have a great interdisciplinary understanding? Data and processes fascinate you? And the topic of Compliance is not entirely unknown to you? Then grab the job as

Student:in Product Management – Technical Customer Support (m/w/d).

Tasks

  • You're part of the Product Team and simultaneously the first technical point of contact for customers and internal employees when it comes to questions and problems surrounding our digital products.
  • You dive deep into the technical processes of our products – you understand how data is processed in our systems, and you use this knowledge to resolve inquiries competently and efficiently.
  • You analyze incoming support inquiries, reproduce technical circumstances, and work closely with Product Owners to identify and document errors, uncertainties, or potential for improvement.
  • You create and maintain clear technical documentation, FAQs, and internal knowledge databases that support customers and colleagues in self-help.
  • You actively contribute to structuring recurring support themes and returning them to the Product Team, thereby helping to continuously improve our products.

Qualification

  • You're in a higher semester of a technical, information technology, economics, or comparable degree program.
  • You've already had some initial contact with Product Management and/or Customer Support, or you have a good explanation for why we should still get to know you.
  • You're interdisciplinary and have a great interest in connections between data and processes.
  • You're advanced in English, as we work in international development teams.
  • You're a personality with developed analytical and communicative skills.
  • You're not intimidated by the topic of Compliance, but you're eager to advance the topic of Compliance Management together with us digitally.

Benefits

Aside from the Kerberos community, our shared vision, and our culture, there are a few other arguments that make Kerberos a great workplace:
