Intern/Practicant Private Equity Real Estate Investments

Pandai Capital is an investment company that offers institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals access to selected off-market investments in the real estate market. We enable co-investors to actively invest in the real estate market. Currently, we are intensively building up our investor and investment base, deal pipelines, and concrete implementation and marketing of projects. Our team has long-standing experience in investment banking and wealth management and is ready to grow – therefore, we are looking for a motivated intern during their studies with prospects of employment as well as practicum students (m/w/d) with a duration of at least 3-6 months.

Aufgaben

• As an intern/practicant, you will be fully integrated into our team from the first day and receive a deep insight into the multifaceted private equity real estate investment area.
• Fascinating insights into challenging real estate projects (financing and structuring)
• Support in analyzing potential investments (market and location research, cash flow analyses, economic calculations, etc.)
• Support in all areas of the due diligence process up to investment decision-making
• Support in implementing construction projects and marketing of
• Own responsible projects, with which you directly contribute to the company's success
• A diverse and varied task spectrum (investments, business development) in a young, strongly growing company

Qualifikation

• You are currently studying for your Bachelor's degree (at least 3rd semester) or Master's degree in an economic, technical, or real estate-specific field or have already completed your Bachelor's/Master's degree.
• Ideal candidates bring first professional experience through internships in the fields of consulting, financial advisory, business development, startup, real estate, banking, or similar.
• You have a structured, analytical thinking style, are open-minded, and bring a high level of learning readiness and self-initiative with you.
• You have an outstanding interest in financial themes as well as real estate (prior experiences are not necessary).
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to shape something new in a challenging environment.
• You have comprehensive MS-Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) as well as very good German language skills.
