Work Student:in / Intern:in CRM & Customer Lifecycle (m/w/d)

Your Mission

You will work directly on one of the most important growth drivers of our company: CRM & Customer Lifecycle. Your work will decide how well we activate, bind, and long-term excite users. Whether email campaigns, push notifications or content along the customer journey - your ideas and implementations have direct impact on retention, engagement and growth.

Your Tasks

• You take ownership of your own CRM- and lifecycle projects with direct impact on activation, engagement and retention
• You conceptualize, create and optimize email and push campaigns along the entire customer journey (onboarding, activation, retention, re-engagement)
• You write performant content: short and clear copy, strong hooks, subject lines, CTAs and microcopy
• You analyze relevant CRM KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversion, retention) and lead concrete optimization measures
• You set A/B tests and experiments up (copy, timing, target groups, triggers) and document learnings
• You work closely with marketing, growth and product together to embed CRM measures neatly into campaigns and funnels
• You monitor trends, best practices and new ideas in the field of lifecycle marketing & CRM

Your Profile

• You are studying business administration, marketing, communication sciences, psychology, economics or a comparable subject
• Ideal candidate has already gained first experiences in CRM-, marketing- or content-related fields - e.g. in startups, through internships, work student positions or own projects
• You have a keen sense for language, user needs and clear communication
• You work structured, reliable and analytically - even in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• You speak German at native speaker level and have very good English skills.
