You will become part of our Performance Marketing team and ensure that our campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels go live with the highest quality. With your eye for detail, you will check our performance assets for errors, completeness, and compliance with internal specifications. At the same time, you will support the team in analyzing and optimizing our campaigns.

Your Tasks:

• Checking creatives for content, technical, and design quality (video and static).

• Support in the analysis and evaluation of campaign KPIs.

• Support in the implementation and maintenance of campaigns on paid media channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

• Support in the content production process with a focus on raw material management.

• Contribution to the development of new creative ideas and performance approaches.

What You Bring:

• You are a registered student, ideally in the field of Marketing, Media, Business, Communication, or a comparable course of study.

• You work extremely carefully and have a keen eye for detail.

• You quickly spot errors and enjoy systematically checking and optimizing content.

• You think analytically and work in a structured and conscientious manner.

• First experiences with social media content and performance marketing are a plus.

• You have basic knowledge of common AI tools.

• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing (mandatory).

• Good English language skills in speaking and writing.
