As a Werkstudent:in in the Performance Marketing department, you'll support our marketing team in scaling MediPulse specifically. From Paid Ads over SEO to data-driven campaigns: You'll make sure that doctors and practice managers find MediPulse exactly when they need it.

MediPulse is a dynamic HealthTech startup that brings doctor's offices into the 21st century. We're revolutionizing the healthcare sector with our innovative software, which helps doctors manage their practices more efficiently.

In our small but highly motivated team, you can take on a lot of responsibility and work directly with our experienced colleagues (ex-McKinsey, ex-BCG) on topics that have real impact. If you're eager to make a difference, then you're exactly right here!

Tasks

This is what's expected of you:

• Planning, implementation, and optimization of Paid Ads campaigns
• Creation, automation, and testing of Ad Creatives
• BUILDING new channels - from the first campaign to scaling
• Creating performance reports and deriving concrete insights
• Creative freedom & the opportunity to bring in new ideas

Qualification

This is what you bring with you:

• You're studying business administration, marketing, media or something similar
• You already have some experience in Performance Marketing and Paid Ads
• You have a good sense for target group, trends, and relevant formats
• You're communicative and have a proactive work style
• You speak fluent German and have good English skills
• Most importantly: You think creatively, analytically, and are eager to make a difference!
