Work Student:in Performance Marketing (all genders)

We are looking for a work student:in as support for our performance marketing team on a part-time basis (15 to 20 hours per week). You will assist in conceiving, implementing, and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms for our clients – remote.

Tasks

• You will assist in setting up, optimizing, and monitoring campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
• You will research keywords, target groups, and competitors as a basis for campaign planning
• You will analyze performance data, monitor relevant KPIs, and lead optimization measures
• You will assist in conceiving A/B test scenarios to sustainably increase performance
• You will create regular reports for our clients
• You will work closely with other departments and external partners

Qualification

• You are interested in performance marketing and have ideally gained first experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other advertising networks
• You have analytical thinking and enjoy working with numbers and data
• You work structured, reliable, and independently
• A plus: You bring a healthcare background and the HWG (Heilmittelwerbegesetz) as well as the professional regulations for advertising in the medical sector are no strangers to you
• Eigeninitiative and a healthy understanding of people count more with us than good grades or your educational path
