Working Student People & Office (m/f/d)

We – Philipp and Jessi – are the People & Teams team at FELD M. We build teams, create structures for good collaboration, and are committed to an open, appreciative culture. To make this happen, we need support! Are you organized, enjoy working with people, and want to gain practical experience in People & Culture? Then we are looking for exactly you as a working student at the interface between HR, Office, and the FELD M team.

• You are the first point of contact for our employees with questions about everyday work and support our People Team in daily business.
• You will independently take on administrative HR tasks, e.g., creating documents, maintaining personnel data, and onboarding and offboarding.
• You will support the preparation of payroll and work with our tax office.
• You will ensure that our Munich office is a place where everyone feels comfortable – from ordering supplies and mail to looking after guests.
• You will help organize team events, workshops, and external events.
• You will contribute your own ideas and help us continuously develop our People processes.

• Responsibility instead of routine: You will take on your own tasks and be an integral part of our team.
• Diverse insights: Get to know modern personnel work from HR and Office Management to team events. We are also happy to offer you insights into topics such as recruiting and/or organizational development.

• You are an enrolled student at a German university of applied sciences or a university.
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and reliably.
• You enjoy working with people and have a service-oriented approach.
• You have already gained initial work experience, e.g., as part of an apprenticeship or a working student job.
• You communicate confidently in German and English.
