You are communicative, organized, and full of energy? Then you're exactly right at metrofibre GmbH! We are looking for a motivated intern who will support us in the People & Culture and Office Management areas and inject new impulses with creative ideas.

Your Tasks:

• Support in all HR areas: From recruiting to onboarding, employee development – you will be integrated into all processes and learn about the entire HR world.
• Event planning: Whether team events, workshops or employee actions – you organize cool events that strengthen our sense of community.
• Employer Branding: Help us develop our employer brand further and position Metrofibre as an attractive employer on the right channels.
• Office Management: You support the team in organizing daily office life, coordinate appointments, take care of office supplies, and ensure that our office runs smoothly.
• HR projects: Support exciting projects and bring your creative ideas to shape a modern work culture. As an intern, you will work directly with the Head of People & Culture and closely with the management team at metrofibre.

This defines you:

• You are studying in a relevant field (BWL, psychology, social sciences, etc.) and have ideally gained first experiences in HR, event management or office management.
• Communication expert: You are open, contact-friendly, and love working with people.
• Organization genius: You enjoy keeping an overview and bring a structured approach to your work.
• Multitasking talent: You can manage office tasks just as well as People & Culture topics and are always ready to take on new challenges.
• Team player: You are proactive and eager to take responsibility and grow together with us.
