• Active sourcing of top talents via LinkedIn

• Ownership for your own positions from conducting interviews to the offer

• Independent execution and coordination of interviews

• Structured evaluation of candidates along clearly defined requirements

• Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience and a positive impression of Foodji with every application.

• Timely, empathetic, and transparent feedback to all applicants

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

What really matters to us: Mindset, energy, and the will to become really good – no matter your background. We will teach you everything else.

Must-haves:

• Currently enrolled at a college or university (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, Personnel Management, Human Resource Management, or a comparable degree program)

• First practical experience in recruiting or HR

• Very good communication skills in German and English

• Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented way of working

• Independent and very structured way of working

Nice to have:

• First experience in active sourcing or conducting interviews

Hi, glad you're here! We are Foodji - a team of food lovers & tech nerds.

Our mission is to offer fresh, healthy, and above all, delicious food wherever people spend most of their day - in offices in industrial areas where there's nothing to eat for miles around, during a long shift in the hospital, or in the depths of a production hall where people work around the clock. You'll also find us at universities, airports, and hotels, where we offer wholesome meals, snacks, and drinks exactly where and when you need them.

Proprietary technologies, self-learning algorithms, and efficient supply chains help us to resolve the paradox between fresh food, availability, and sustainability. Through our in-house developed technology platform, we optimize our quantity planning and fight food waste. We want to have a positive impact - on the environment, on our customers' daily lives, and on our communities. That's why we donate leftover dishes to Foodsharing and other social initiatives right in our neighborhood.
