Werkstudent*in Paid Social Advertising (Meta & TikTok) (m/w/d)

We are elevating the health of dogs through nutrition to a new level. Instead of one-size-fits-all, we set up breed-specific, functional feed developed with veterinarians and aiming to enable every dog a long, healthy life.

What started as an idea in 2022 is today a strongly growing DTC subscription model with over 20,000 dogs supplied. Our 15-person team will grow to over 35 by the end of 2026 – now is the perfect time to join.

As Werkstudent*in in the Paid Social Advertising department, you support our team in developing creative concepts for Paid Social (Meta & TikTok), implementing and analyzing them. You gain deep insights into Direct-Response-Marketing on leading platforms and learn how creative thinking, customer-oriented concepts, and performance logic can generate measurable impact.

Aufgaben

• You support the development and implementation of performance-oriented Creative-Konzepte for Meta Ads and TikTok (Hooks, Angles, Storylines, Scripts)
• You help with the creation and preparation of Briefings for Creator*innen and Inhouse-Production as well as copy development and optimization for Creatives & Landingpages
• You research Zielgruppen-Insights (qualitatively & quantitatively) and lead to Hypothesen for new Creatives & Tests
• You support the analysis of Creative-Performance, document results structured, and help build a Learning Database
• You screen Best Practices and Wettbewerber, to continuously generate and implement new, different ideas for our Creative Roadmap

Qualifikation

• You are an enrolled student*in (e.g. Marketing, Communication, Media, Psychology, Business Administration, etc.) and look for a Werkstudentenstelle with 20 hours per week
• You are a true**r Macher*in****: Organized, proactive, and implementation-strong – and manage to keep many balls in the air and bring your projects independently onto the street
• You enjoy getting into Zielgruppen and Products, generating data-based Insights, and developing creative Ad-Konzepte to market these even better
• You are interested in Paid Social, Direct-Response-Creatives, Advertising Psychology, and Conversion Optimization and have a desire to quickly and independently acquire platform and performance knowledge in this area
• A plus, but not a must: First touchpoints with Meta Ads, TikTok, Copywriting or UGC/Creator-Briefings
