Your Role:

You want to take a look behind the scenes of a growing startup and learn how organization, processes, and business operations fit together? Then you're exactly right with us.
As Werkstudent:in in the Operations department, you'll be part of our Operations team that ensures everything runs smoothly – from accounting to data maintenance.

Your Tasks:

Organisation & Administration

• You support in creating and editing invoices and keep track of payment receipts
• You maintain customer and company data in our systems and ensure up-to-date and structured data
• You support in implementing administrative processes efficiently and reliably

Prozesse & Struktur

• You maintain our internal databases and contribute to ensuring that our processes run smoothly
• You support in optimizing and further developing internal processes
• You ensure with a structured working method that information is properly documented and easily accessible

Projektunterstützung & Zusammenarbeit

• You support management and leadership in operational and strategic projects
• You take on research, evaluations, and organizational tasks in daily business
• You work closely with Sales, Tech, and Management to ensure a smooth exchange of information – internally as well as externally with our customers
