We are a innovative FoodTech-Startup from Berlin, revolutionizing the food industry. Our goal: Healthy, plant-based milk alternatives that not only do you good but also our planet. After years of research, we have developed products that contain significantly less sugar and more protein, with prices awarded and available nationwide - like our milk alternatives made from pea protein and the first oat protein yogurt. But this should just be the beginning!As Werkstudent:in - Operations / Logistik your main task is to process incoming orders and ensure our products are reliably delivered to our customers.
Your role:
You check the order intake and match quantities with our inventory planning.
You transmit orders to our external logistics partners and clarify any special requirements directly.
You optimize orders and take over (telephone) communication in case of failures or delays.
You keep track of invoicing and go back to customers for questions.
