Intern:in Online Marketing (m/w/d)

We are a young company specializing in developing innovative software solutions for logistics. Together, we make multi-way solutions as easy as single-use and optimize the most annoying process in logistics. At the same time, we significantly reduce the CO2 footprint of the industry.

Online Marketing is a strategic lever for us. This role is designed to build on this topic together with the Head of Marketing – with responsibility, learning space, and real impact.

Your Role
As Intern:in Online Marketing, you will build our online marketing systemically with our Head of Marketing.
Important:
The active, structured learning of online marketing is a fixed component of your job – no side task. You will get space to acquire knowledge deliberately, ask questions, try things out, and derive solid measures from them.

Long-term, you will develop into a permanent point of contact for online marketing topics at our company – with clear responsibility and visible contribution to the company's success.

Tasks

• Learning & Knowledge Building (fixed component): Structured introduction to online marketing topics (e.g., through sparring, online courses, expert articles, best practices), critical evaluation of what you've learned for our B2B-SaaS and logistics context, preparation of your knowledge in a comprehensible, usable form (summaries, recommendations, next steps)
• Operative Online Marketing: Participation and gradual responsibility in the following areas: SEO & GEO, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads / Bing Ads, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), analysis of campaigns, content, and website performance, derivation of concrete measures based on data, preparation, implementation, and evaluation of tests (engaged)
• Analysis & Reporting: Proactive, structured reporting

Qualification

• Study Background: Studies in the field of marketing, business administration, economics, media or comparable
• Online Marketing Affinity: Strong interest in comprehensively understanding and practically mastering online marketing
• Analytical Thinking: Enjoyment of working with numbers and the ability to analyze data and draw conclusions from it
• Self-Study Ability: Ability to acquire new knowledge independently, structured, and goal-oriented
• Communication Strength: Open communication, actively seeking support and constructive giving of feedback
• Work Style: Sensitive, reliable work style and pleasure in building processes and content sustainably
