Working Student: Onboarding and Process Management (m/f/d)

Planerio is revolutionizing workforce management in healthcare. With our AI-based software, smartphone app, and technological advantage, we digitize and automate all processes related to personnel deployment. This not only increases efficiency but also significantly contributes to the increased motivation and satisfaction of our customers' employees. Intelligent staff scheduling, time tracking, payroll accounting, employee self-service, etc., make Planerio the modern operating system for personnel management in the healthcare industry. As part of the doctari group, we are building the platform of the future with around 70 employees! Things are always happening here in our Munich office. Whether it's our classic Oktoberfest celebration or other regular great events like a cocktail party, a pub quiz, or solving puzzles together in an escape room. To support our on-site team at our Munich location, we are looking for:

Working Student: Customer Onboarding & Process Management (m/f/d)

• You will be an integral part of our team, learning from experienced experts.
• You will be responsible for and guide your own initial customers through the introduction of Planerio.
• You will support administrative tasks in the area of Business Support.
• You will assist with data entry and data management.
• If necessary, you will support us in handling customer inquiries in customer support.

• You are studying in Munich in the field of Business Informatics, Nursing or Health Management, Sports or Social Sciences, Business Administration, or similar.
• You enjoy working with data and have initial experience handling it (e.g., in Excel, MySQL, etc.).
• You would describe yourself as conscientious and meticulous.
• You have German language skills at C2 level in speaking and writing and can communicate confidently in English.
• You are interested in a long-term collaboration with our team.
• You can support us on-site at our Munich office for at least 16 to 20 hours per week.

As a working student, you will become part of a team of 13 people here on-site in Munich.

Our Working Student Representative, Matthias, will welcome you to our office at Sendlinger Tor and will take care of your onboarding. In weekly working student meetings, you will discuss current and upcoming tasks, customer inquiries, and internal projects. As a new Planerio team member, you are, of course, warmly invited to participate in our regular team and company events.
