• Active support in the design/ setup of our new office in Nuremberg and in the construction of the showroom
• Reliable participation in the onboarding and offboarding of employees, including the preparation of workstations and hardware
• Smooth organization of daily office operations through mail management, service provider coordination, and operational support for the People Operations team
• Regular organization of team events
• Joint creation of a positive, motivating, and inviting work atmosphere for the entire local team

• Current studies at a German university with at least two remaining semesters and availability of 15–20 hours per week (up to 40 hours during semester breaks)
• Initial practical experience from working student positions, internships, or part-time jobs in office, event, HR, or service areas is an advantage
• Reliable, well-structured working style combined with a proactive hands-on mentality
• Strong communication skills, openness, and the ability to maintain an overview even with parallel tasks
• High motivation for regular on-site presence and very good German language skills (English skills are an advantage)
