Working Student or Mini-Job: Social Media & Marketing (m/f/d)

Valov Bau GmbH is a family-owned construction company based in Berlin, specializing in renovation, modernization, and construction project management. We rely on close cooperation with partners and dealers to realize efficient and economical solutions for our customers. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated working student (or on a mini-job basis) in the field of Social Media & Marketing, who will expand our online visibility and creatively showcase our projects.

Tasks

- Planning, creation, and publication of content for social media channels (including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)

- Documentation of ongoing construction projects through photos and videos for use in communication

- Support in the development and implementation of marketing strategies

- Maintenance and updating of the company website

- Community management and answering inquiries via social media

- Creation of simple graphics and advertising materials

- Research on trends in construction and real estate marketing

Qualifications

- Studies in the field of marketing, communication, media, or comparable qualification

- Initial experience with social media platforms, ideally also professionally

- Confident use of tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar programs

- Creativity, strong writing skills, and a good sense for visual design

- Independent, structured way of working

- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken

- Interest in the construction industry is an advantage
