Tasks

Support in planning and controlling project costs
Accounting preparation
Maintenance and updating of lists
SUPPORT IN GENERAL BACKOFFICE TASKS (FILING, DOCUMENT PREPARATION, ORGANIZATION)

Qualification

Education or studies in the field of Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, or similar (at least 2nd-3rd semester)
Ideal knowledge of accounting or preparation of accounts
Very good German language skills
Safe handling with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Meticulous and reliable working style
Rise and calmness
Open and communicative nature
High motivation and self-initiative
