We are DigitalCheckIn and Scriptomat – two growing software companies with a clear mission: to simplify processes, make them digital and efficient.

So far, our focus has been mainly on product development and our customers. Now we want to take the next step: tell our stories, build our reach, and show who we are.

We're looking for you.

You have a passion for social media, content creation, videos, and modern AI tools? You don't just want to publish posts, but actively participate in building our brand? Then you're exactly right with us.

Tasks

• Development of creative content ideas for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
• Creation of posts, reels, short videos, and graphics
• Videos editing and preparation for various platforms
• Planning and publication of our content
• Support in building our employer brand (Employer Branding)
• Accompaniment of projects, events, and our daily work for authentic content
• Research on current trends, formats, and best practices
• Codvelopment of a long-term content strategy

Ai & Automation

We are currently modernizing many of our company processes with artificial intelligence.

To do this, we develop AI agents (e.g. with Claude), which automate recurring tasks and support us in marketing and daily business.

You will support us by:

• Monitoring and further developing existing AI workflows,
• Identifying new use cases for AI,
• Testing and optimizing automated processes,
• Integrating AI sensibly into our content and marketing processes.

Qualification

• You are studying Marketing, Communication, Media, Economics, Computer Science or a comparable field – or want to gain practical experience through an internship.
• You're interested in social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
• You have a good sense for contents that people like to see and share.
• Ideal would be if you already have some experience with Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Ai excites you and you're already using tools like ChatGPT, Claude or comparable applications – or want to intensively deal with them.
• You work independently, structured, and bring in your own ideas.
