We don't just support our partner companies once a year with spectacular activations at the OMR Festival. Based on their individual goals, we conceive and design the best possible experience for them year-round within the entire OMR cosmos: In addition to our OMR Festival, this includes numerous podcast formats, a job board, the software review platform OMR Reviews, and our extensive OMR Education products, and much more - see omr.com.

• You'll pick up the phone yourself and enthusiastically convince potential customers to visit the OMR Festival
• You'll confidently and charmingly overcome purchase objections to actively close ticket sales
• You'll conduct targeted phone surveys, gathering valuable feedback directly from the market
• You'll neatly document conversation results, status, and next steps, keeping them up-to-date in HubSpot
• You'll systematically follow up on unconcluded leads instead of letting them go
• You'll keep an eye on your own call and ticket numbers and actively work towards your performance level

• You are an enrolled student at a German university
• You'll enthusiastically pick up the phone and actively excite new customers on the phone
• You'll always stay on the ball and won't be discouraged by a quick no
• You'll communicate confidently, positively, and at eye level with all contact persons at all times
• You'll maintain a clear overview even with a very high volume of calls and find the right solution immediately
• You are enthusiastic about the digital industry and innovative event products
• You have fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
