Working Student (m/f/d) Recruiting & Employer Branding

• Recruiting from start to finish: You are in the middle of it, not just on the sidelines – you review applications, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates from the first message to onboarding. You will experience the complete process and actively shape the candidate experience.
• Employer Branding to help shape: Do you want to make EMPIT more visible as an employer brand? You will actively participate with us – whether it's writing our job advertisements, maintaining our profile on Kununu, or designing an onboarding that gives new colleagues a really good start.
• Team events that are remembered: You help organize – from regular team lunches to our summer party, one of the highlights of the EMPIT year. You ensure that we not only work but also celebrate here.

• You are studying (Bachelor or Master) – e.g., Psychology, Communications or Human Resources Management, or something comparable.
• First touchpoints with Recruiting or Employer Branding – whether through internships, other working student jobs, or projects.
• A good sense for language and communication – you know how to engage different target groups.
• A structured, reliable way of working – even when multiple balls are in the air at the same time.
• Organizational talent and enjoy organizing an event or two.
• Strong communication skills when dealing with a wide variety of people.
• Good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• Nice to have: Experience with HR tools (e.g., Personio).
