• Recruiting from start to finish: You are in the middle of it instead of just being there – you review applications, coordinate interviews, and accompany candidates from the first message to onboarding. You experience the complete process and actively shape the candidate experience.
• Employer Branding to co-create: Do you want to make EMPIT more visible as an employer brand? With us, you actively participate – whether by writing our job advertisements, maintaining our presence on Kununu, or designing an onboarding that gives new colleagues a great start.

• You are studying (Bachelor or Master) – e.g., Psychology, Communications or Human Resources Management, or something comparable.
• First contact points with Recruiting or Employer Branding – whether through internships, other working student jobs, or projects.
• A good feel for language and communication – you know how to engage different target groups.
• A structured, reliable way of working – even when several balls are in the air at the same time.
• Organizational talent and enjoyment in organizing an event now and then.
• Strong communication skills in dealing with a wide variety of people.
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Nice to have: Experience with HR tools (e.g., Personio).
