• Recruiting from start to finish: You are in the thick of it, not just on the sidelines – you screen applications, coordinate interviews, and accompany candidates from the first message to onboarding. You experience the entire process and actively shape the candidate experience.
• Employer Branding to help shape: Do you want to make EMPIT more visible as an employer brand? With us, you actively participate – whether it's writing our job ads, maintaining our profile on Kununu, or designing an onboarding that gives new colleagues a really good start.

• You are studying (Bachelor or Master) – e.g., Psychology, Communications Management, Human Resources Management, or something comparable.
• First touchpoints with recruiting or employer branding – whether through internships, other working student positions, or projects.
• A good sense for language and communication – you know how to engage different target groups.
• A structured, reliable way of working – even when several balls are in the air at once.
• Organizational talent and enjoyment in organizing an event.
• Strong communication skills when dealing with a wide variety of people.
• Good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• Nice to have: Experience with HR tools (e.g., Personio).
