Working Student: Researcher & Communications (m/f/d)

With the SIGU Platform, we strengthen the ecosystem of Social Innovations and purpose-driven Companies (SIGU) by bundling and making information, funding opportunities, and practical examples accessible. In this way, we support stakeholders in finding suitable offers, networking, and learning from each other.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) for the Research and Communications department in the scope of 12 to 13 hours per week, starting as soon as possible. The position is limited until April 2027 inclusive.

• You will research events, funding programs, and innovative practical examples and prepare them for our database and website.
• You will support the further development and automation of our research processes, particularly through the use of AI-powered solutions. 
• You will support our communications team in creating and maintaining social media content.
• You will work in the project team and support organizational and content-related tasks related to the further development of the SIGU Platform.

• You are an enrolled student, ideally in humanities, social sciences, or economics, or a comparable course of study.
• You work in a structured, careful manner and enjoy researching.
• You enjoy presenting information clearly and maintaining digital content.
• You are interested in social issues, social innovations, or social entrepreneurship.
• You have a high degree of initiative and enjoy working in a team.
• Initial experience with social media or AI-powered tools is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.

• You will work on a platform that makes social innovations and purpose-driven companies visible.
• You will gain practical experience in the areas of research, communication, project work, and digital innovation.
• You will gain insights into the use of AI and automation in project work.
• You will work in a dedicated team with a lot of creative freedom and an open feedback culture.
• Flexible working hours and the option to work remotely.
• Remuneration: €15.50 gross per hour.
