Your Position

• Quality checks on a high level: You will take over remote testing and final approval of acceptance protocols for PV systems, to ensure our high technical and safety standards.
• Data-based insights (Data Collection): You collect and structure relevant data from installations and acceptances, to get a clear picture of our performance.
• Error analyst & detective: You identify the most common error sources, understand the causes behind them, and document your findings precisely.
• Knowledge transfer & Learning Champion: From documented errors, you develop illustrative learning contents and training materials, so that our teams in the field can improve every day.
• Ongoing optimization: You use your insights to actively improve processes, optimize workflows, and increase the efficiency of our installations.
• You work closely with planning, installation, and maintenance teams to sustainably elevate the overall quality.

Your Profile

• Studies & Framework Conditions: You are still at least two semesters enrolled in a German university in a technical or engineering field (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Industrial Engineering) and can support us immediately for 15-20 hours per week (up to 40 hours per week during semester breaks).
• Ideal Profile: You bring a strong interest in the photovoltaic industry – first practical work experience in the PV sector makes you our absolute top candidate.
• Analytical view: You enjoy analyzing data, recognizing patterns, and explaining complex technical issues to others.
