Student (m/w/d) Product Photography & Image Editing in E-Commerce

About the role

In our internal photo studio in Halle (Saale)

You will be directly involved in the creation of our content. You will help set up our products perfectly and shape the look of our brands on platforms like Amazon, Shopify, and Otto. You will bridge the gap between practical setup and technical image editing.

Start: From August 2026

Tasks

• Photography: Support for product shootings (Interior, Food & Lifestyle) – from setup and lighting to camera work.
• Image editing: Retouching and post-production with tools like Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• AI Integration: Active use of AI tools for image generation and content extension.
• Layout design: Design of graphics and product images in Canva and Figma.

Qualification

• Studies: You are enrolled in a study program like Media, Marketing, Graphic Design or a comparable field.
• Foto skills: First-hand experience with camera and photography – ideally focused on Food, Interior, or Lifestyle.
• Software: Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom as well as safe handling of modern studio equipment.
• Ai enthusiasm: Zwingendes Interesse und Lust, to actively create and optimize image content with AI tools.
• Soft skills: Sense for visual storytelling, structured work style with high level of self-organization and team orientation.
• Languages: Good German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
