Working Student* (m/f/d) - Product & Practice Digitization

Mediform develops digital products for medical practices – known for MediVoice, one of the leading AI voice assistants for medical practices in Germany. We are currently strategically expanding our product portfolio to drive the digitization of practices beyond the voice assistant.

For this role, we are looking for you: a medical student with initial practical experience in patient care (after the 1st state examination, e.g., through internships), who is eager to actively shape the digitization of medical practices. You will bring your practical knowledge directly into our product development – across our entire, growing product portfolio – while simultaneously contributing to practices being able to work more easily, modernly, and efficiently.

You will work closely with the product team, remotely with a flexible location – ideally based in Karlsruhe for occasional on-site coordination.

Tasks

• You will bring insights from real practice everyday life (processes, pain points, needs of doctors and practice staff) into our product development – not just for MediVoice, but for our entire product portfolio.
• You will help evaluate and shape new features and products from a medical perspective.
• You will support the collection and analysis of user feedback from practices (interviews, conversations, structured analyses).
• You will participate in the further development of existing and new products so that our solutions align even better with the reality in medical practices.
• You will work closely with product, tech, and potentially customer success to translate practice requirements into concrete product decisions.

Qualifications

• Medical studies, at least after the 1st state examination.
• Initial practical experience in patient care (internship, PJ, part-time job in a practice/clinic or similar).
• Genuine interest in digitalization in healthcare and a desire to improve processes from a practical perspective.
• Structured, independent way of working – especially in a remote setting.
• High affinity for AI and willingness to use AI tools in daily work.
• Availability of 15–20 hours per week (flexible scheduling, more during semester breaks is welcome).
• Optional: Interest in contributing internships or thesis work with a practical focus – we will support you with this.

Language Skills

• German: Native speaker or at least level B2
• English: Fluent
