Our OMR People Empowerment & Attraction Team, or “People Team” for short, has existed since 2022. Our journey initially began with People Management and Recruiting. In the following years, we went all out to gradually build up topics such as Culture, Retention & Wellbeing, DEIB, Learning & Development, and Leadership Development. But we are not resting on our laurels. We challenge ourselves daily to live up to our mission: to attract the right talents for OMR, empower them, and support and accompany them through fair, transparent, and inclusive processes along their employee journey.

Do you have a talent for organization and a heart for people, and do you want to help us out? Sandy, Sophia, Sara, Farangis, Melina, and Kaya are looking for you starting October 2026 as a Working Student* (m/f/d) to take the People Experience at OMR to the next level!

• You will support the People Team operationally, taking on administrative tasks from A for employment contracts to Z for references
• You will help with onboarding, welcoming new colleagues, and ensuring a perfect start
• You will maintain and update our personnel data precisely and reliably
• You will also step in for recruiting as needed and support candidate management
• You will contribute yourself and your ideas to projects on our People Roadmap

• You are a enrolled student in Human Resource Management, Business Psychology, Business Administration, or similar.
• First experiences with Personio or another HR software are a plus
• You convince with empathy, reliability, and a high degree of discretion
• You can reconcile quality and speed well, and you know how to prioritize correctly on hectic days
• You feel comfortable in a dynamic work environment and dare to take things into your own hands
