Working Student (m/f/d) People & Culture – Focus Recruiting

As a working student (m/f/d), you will support our People & Culture Team with a focus on recruiting and be involved throughout the entire employee lifecycle. From the initial contact with potential candidates to topics related to development, collaboration, and culture.

• Your main area is recruiting: You will formulate and revise job advertisements, review applications and profiles, and research suitable target groups and channels. You will bring your intuition for which personalities are a good fit for us, both professionally and culturally.
•  Depending on the need, you will also be involved in other People & Culture areas, such as onboarding new colleagues, internal communication, or formats and initiatives that strengthen our learning culture and collaboration.
•  Furthermore, you will take on organizational and administrative tasks, support research, and prepare data for evaluations and presentations, thus forming a reliable basis for decisions in recruiting and HR.
•  During your time with us, a dedicated point of contact from the team will be available to you for professional and personal exchange.

• You are an enrolled student, ideally in (Business) Psychology, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a comparable course of study, and are looking for a working student position where you can apply your theoretical knowledge practically.
• You are characterized by strong communication skills, enjoy working independently, take responsibility early on, and are eager to actively contribute your own ideas and shape our collaboration.
• You already have initial experience with PowerPoint and data analysis and can prepare content in a structured and clear manner, for example, in presentations or evaluations for colleagues and managers.
• You are committed, open to new things, and are really excited to actively shape a startup as a working student and experience its development up close.
