Job description
We are Daniel Herrmann Consulting – a specialized boutique consulting firm for validation, compliance, and project management in the life science industry. Our clients are global pharmaceutical companies like Boehringer Ingelheim and Johnson & Johnson. We stand for efficiency, pragmatism, and results rather than bureaucracy.
Parallel to this, we are building traqx – a KI-based enterprise platform for validation documentation. You will not only support an established consulting firm but also a tech venture in the making.
We are looking for an engaged marketing, content & design intern (m/w/d) who will support us at the interface of content creation, visual design, and marketing operations. You will work closely with the management team and bring our content to the next level.
Tasks
- Write and design LinkedIn posts, prepare them for release (3-4 times a week)
- Design company assets: brochures, fact sheets, presentations, and marketing materials
- Content research: identify relevant formats and trends in the industry
- Manage LinkedIn account: respond to comments, send connection requests, and engage actively
- Track performance: measure engagement numbers, analyze, and report
- Outbound & Inbound Marketing: support our strategy in implementation and help optimize it
- Lead nurturing: prepare personalized messages based on templates
- Operative support: maintain Notion, collect data, conduct research, and report
Qualification
- Enrolled student – ideally in marketing, communication design, media design, or comparable
- Strong visual skills – comfortable using Canva (Figma or Adobe are a plus)
- Affinity to social media – you understand how LinkedIn functions as a B2B platform
- Very good German language skills and good English language skills
- Structured, meticulous, and independent work style
- Will to learn and openness to new tools, processes, and KI-based workflows
No prior knowledge of validation, compliance, or pharma is required – we will integrate you into our structured process.
Benefits
- 100% remote – work from anywhere (except for team events)
- Flexible working hours: 10-20 hours per week, depending on how much you can deliver
- Complete equipment: MacBook with AirPods and everything you need
- Expense account with €100 monthly allowance – on top of your compensation
- Access to latest KI technologies, Canva Pro, and other software
- Structured onboarding with clear processes, templates, and personal guidance
- Direct collaboration with the management team – short distances, real responsibility
- Insights into B2B marketing in the pharmaceutical industry
- Startup experience: accompany the build-up of the KI enterprise platform traqx from the beginning
- Periodic team events
- Perspective: with good cooperation, your tasks and responsibility will grow (option for a permanent position after graduation)
No long application necessary. Send us your CV, optionally one or two work samples (e.g., social media posts, design projects) and two to three sentences on why you are interested in the position (video preferred).
