Our Marketing Team at OMR is the central point of contact for everything that is communicated externally by and with OMR. Our social media, email marketing, performance, and PR experts develop holistic campaigns, are in close contact with all departments, and are involved in a wide variety of projects. Our daily work revolves around communication and content.

To gain valuable insights about our target audience and elevate the performance of our partner integrations to the next level, we are looking for you! Do you love data, feel at home in Excel, and are you keen on innovative analysis tools? Then become our new working student (m/f/d) in Market Research & Data Insights!

• You will be responsible for our visitor and exhibitor surveys, which arise in the context of our partnerships and around the OMR Festival - from conception to the finished result.
• You will manage our social listening tools and find out what they tell us about the sentiment surrounding the OMR Festival.
• You will look out for new tools, test them, and be in direct exchange with existing and new providers.
• You will analyze how our partner integrations perform: on social media, in the newsletter, on the website, and beyond.
• You will collect clippings for our partner reporting and actively contribute to shaping the content.
• You will work closely with our Sales Team, get to know our partner companies, and understand what is important in individual partnerships.

• You are studying Marketing, Business Psychology, Market Research, (Business) Informatics, or something comparable.
• You enjoy working with data and analyzing content and want to understand exactly what's behind the numbers.
• You have initial experience with surveys or market research, for example, from university projects or internships.
• Excel, Google Sheets, and AI tools are your tools, and you see new tools as an opportunity: you quickly get to grips with them and enthusiastically try new things.
• You work in a structured manner and prefer to double-check details.
• You take responsibility for your topics and drive them forward independently.
• You enjoy solving challenges as a team and keep a cool head even during the peak phase of our OMR Festival (there's a reporting peak here).
• You communicate fluently in German and English – whether in direct exchange with partners and providers or when creating our reports.
