To support our team, we are looking for a reliable and motivated working student: (m/f/d) in Customer Service, effective immediately.

Your Mission

Do you enjoy working in a structured manner, keeping an overview even with recurring tasks, and do you find joy in helping others in a friendly and reliable way? Then support our customer service team and, together with us, ensure that our customers are completely satisfied.

As a working student in customer service, you are an important point of contact for our customers. You will answer inquiries, reliably take care of various concerns, and ensure that nothing gets overlooked in the day-to-day business.

Responsibilities

• You will process customer inquiries in a friendly, reliable, and solution-oriented manner
• You will answer questions about orders, products, deliveries, complaints, and other concerns
• You will independently manage your assigned cases and keep track of open processes
• You will conscientiously and carefully handle administrative and recurring tasks
• You will document customer concerns and ensure that information is maintained completely and accurately
• You will coordinate with the responsible colleagues and other teams for more complex cases
• You will help us provide our customers with fast and friendly service, even during high inquiry volumes
• Upon agreement, you will also take on shifts on weekends

Qualifications

• You are currently enrolled at a college or university and have at least three more semesters of study ahead of you
• You have good academic performance
• You have 10 to 20 hours per week available to support our team long-term
• You work very independently, in a structured and conscientious manner
• You are reliable and have high standards for the accuracy of your work
• You also perform recurring tasks with concentration and care. Routine does not deter you; instead, you thrive on it
• You communicate in a friendly, binding, and professional manner, even when the other person is dissatisfied
• You remain patient and solution-oriented and can prioritize different concerns well
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• You are flexible enough in terms of time to occasionally work on weekends
• Ideally, you already have initial experience in customer service, e-commerce, retail, or another service-oriented field. However, this is not a must
• You identify with the vegan lifestyle and our company values
