Tasks

• Customer Support with Heart and Mind: You answer inquiries from users of our app friendly, professionally, and understandably.
• User Acquisition: You support our team in addressing new users, both directly and through the preparation of emails or texts.
• CRM Tasks: You help maintain our CRM processes, prepare data, and systematically record user feedback.
• Content Contribution: You also contribute to the creation of social media posts and short blog entries.

Qualification

• Very good German and English in writing and speaking
• Empathetic Language Feeling: You find the right words even for sensitive topics
• Independent, Structured Work Style
• Reliability, Communication Strength, and Enjoyment of Exchange
• Desirable: Prior experience or interest in the medical or health-related field (e.g. Public Health, Psychology, Medicine, Health Communication, Health Promotion).
