Working Student* (m/f/d) Hospital Consulting / Controlling

We, KHZV PLUS GmbH, are a young and growing consulting company. As a dedicated and reliable partner, we support hospitals, particularly in the areas of controlling and budget and fee negotiations. We combine technical expertise with practical solutions, well-founded analyses, and individual consulting.

Tasks

You will primarily support our team with coordinating and administrative tasks. These include in particular:

• Support for the consulting team in day-to-day business
• Organization and coordination of appointments, documents, and internal coordination
• Preparation and follow-up of meetings as well as maintenance of task and appointment overviews
• Support in the creation and revision of presentations, documents, and evaluations
• Maintenance and updating of data, files, and overviews
• Handling general inquiries and support in internal communication
• Research on current topics in healthcare and hospital management
• You will be carefully trained and can gradually take on more responsibility.

Qualification

What you should bring

• You are enrolled at a university, for example in Business Administration, Health Economics, Health Management, or a comparable course of study.
• You work in a structured, careful, and organized manner, keeping an overview even with multiple tasks.
• You are proficient with MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• You enjoy working in a team, communicate openly, and handle confidential information responsibly.
• You are interested in new topics and want to develop professionally and personally.
• You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
