Work Student*in (m/w/d) KI Prompting / Prompt-Engineer

As a Work Student*in (m/w/d) KI Prompting / Prompt-Engineer, you will work directly at the interface between technology, content, and recruiting/marketing. You will develop and optimize prompts for modern KI models, test use cases, and help make workflows with AI more efficient.

You will not only learn how KI systems function but also how to strategically integrate them into a company context – from automation to content creation to data-based decision-making processes.

Aufgaben

• Development, optimization, and validation of prompts for AI applications
• Conceptualization and setup of own KI workflows and agent-like processes
• Testing, evaluation, and quality assurance of KI tools and models
• Analysis and improvement of existing KI use cases
• Participation in the strategic further development of our products
• Support for expanding and scaling our KI infrastructure

Qualifikation

• Ongoing studies (e.g. Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Medien, Marketing, Kommunikation, Data Science or comparable)
• Interest in KI tools and Large Language Models (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar)
• First experiences in Prompting or experimenting with KI tools are advantageous
• Analytical thinking and pleasure in testing, optimizing, and systematically improving promptsBasic understanding of digital processes, automation, or content creation
• Very good German language skills and good English

Nice to have:

• First experience with No-Code-Tools, Automationen, or APIs
• Interest in Recruiting, Marketing, or Content Strategies
• Experience with Prompt Libraries or KI Workflows
