Junior Software Developer (.NET / C#)

PROMED is an international company specializing in test and proof systems for the electrical industry. Our focus areas are the development and production of automated testing systems, as well as prototype and small series manufacturing. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a junior software developer (m/w/d) with a focus on .NET/C#. In this role, you will support our experienced development team in implementing challenging software projects. Tasks

• Participation in building and developing our new company website
• Conceptualization and development of a modern customer portal based on Orchard CMS
• Development of backend functionalities with .NET / C#
• Creation and adaptation of themes, modules, and interfaces
• Bonding external systems (e.g. APIs, ERP, authentication systems)
• Ensuring performance, security, and maintainability
• Documented and continuous optimization of the code base

Qualification

• Enrolled student in computer science, electrical engineering, media informatics or a related technical field
• First practical experience with .NET and C#
• Fundamental knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Ideal first contact with CMS systems (e.g. Orchard CMS, Umbraco, Sitecore etc.)
• Understanding of clean software architecture and object-oriented development
• Structured, independent working style
• Teamwork ability, self-motivation, and the motivation to immerse yourself in complex technical topics
