We are CeFi – Bildung und Verständigung gGmbH, a young and growing social enterprise in Berlin. With a lot of heart and dedication, we operate daycares and other educational institutions in various city districts.

We are looking for reinforcement.

To support our administrative office and institutions with IT technical matters, we are looking for a dedicated working student (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Your Tasks in IT Support

• IT Support: Handling support requests and assisting employees with technical problems

• Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Identifying and resolving hardware and software issues

• Workstation Support: Setting up, maintaining, and supporting technical devices in the institutions

• Microsoft 365: Support with the use and administration of Microsoft 365 applications

• User Management: Setting up and maintaining user accounts, access rights, and email inboxes

• Network and IT Infrastructure: Support for WLAN, network connections, and IT systems

• IT Documentation: Creating and updating technical guides and documentation

• Digitalization: Support with the optimization and digitalization of internal work processes

What We Expect

• You are currently enrolled as a student, ideally in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field of study

• You have a good technical understanding and an interest in IT systems

• You possess basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and ideally Microsoft 365

• Initial experience in IT support, network administration, or system administration is an advantage

• You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented

• You are reliable, communicative, and enjoy helping others with technical problems

• You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken

Motivated students without extensive professional experience are also warmly welcome!
