Your Mission
- International Contract Law: With the growing number of clients, the need for legally sound contractual documents and individually reviewed offers is also increasing. Our existing templates are to be adapted and further developed to international legal standards.
- Liability & Insurance: Where international business grows, so do the risks – we analyze where we stand today and how we can properly secure ourselves for tomorrow.
- Corporate Law Fundamentals: International business comes with international rules of the game. This includes typical questions such as choosing suitable legal forms abroad and checking local legal and formal requirements.
- Administrative Processes: To ensure everything runs smoothly in the background, we also provide structure away from the core tasks – from ongoing administrative processes to small processes that are often overlooked in daily life but make a difference.

What You Bring With You
- Enrolled in a degree program such as Law, Business Law, International Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable degree program
- Interest in international law, contract management, or related topics
- Meticulous, structured approach to work, including checking and correcting documents
- Very good German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
- Nice to have: initial experience in international legal systems (e.g., EU, USA, Australia, Africa)
