Job description
Your Mission
- International Contract Law: With the growing number of clients, the need for legally sound contractual documents and individually reviewed offers is also increasing. Our existing templates are to be adapted and further developed to international legal standards.
- Liability & Insurance: Where international business grows, so do the risks – we analyze where we stand today and how we can properly secure ourselves for tomorrow.
- Corporate Law Fundamentals: International business comes with international rules of the game. This includes typical questions such as choosing suitable legal forms abroad and checking local legal and formal requirements.
- Administrative Processes: To ensure everything runs smoothly in the background, we also provide structure away from the core tasks – from ongoing administrative processes to small processes that are often overlooked in daily life but make a difference.
What You Get With Us
- Urban Sports Club and EGYM Wellpass: Through our subsidy, you can do sports affordably throughout Germany.
- Corporate Benefits: Take advantage of numerous discounts with partners from various industries free of charge to benefit from attractive offers.
- Snacks and Lunch: Our office is equipped with a variety of snacks, and we regularly invite you to free lunches.
- Team Events and Company Parties: Look forward to exciting team events and company parties.
- Development Opportunities: We promote your professional and vocational growth with diverse opportunities.
- Dynamic Work Environment: Experience an agile, team-oriented climate with open communication structures, where you can have a direct impact on projects from day one and actively shape the future of the company.
- Room for Your Ideas: Your ideas are not only welcome here but desired – contribute and actively shape the future of EMPIT.
