With our digital solutions – from self-ordering kiosks and web shops to payment and loyalty systems – we support leading gastronomy businesses in making their processes more efficient and improving the customer experience.

For our team, we are looking for a motivated, independent personality to support us in daily operations, customer projects, and the implementation of our solutions.

Your Responsibilities

As a working student, you will be part of our Operations team and support us in implementing exciting digitalization projects.

• Project Coordination: You will assist with the planning, preparation, and implementation of customer projects.

• Customer Onboarding: You will help new customers get started with our platform and set up their digital solutions.

• Installation & Rollout: You will assist with the preparation, coordination, and occasionally the on-site installation of our self-ordering kiosks.

• Testing & Quality Assurance: You will test new features and collaborate with our international product and development team.

• Customer Success: You will support our customers with questions and help solve simple technical challenges.

• Process Optimization: You will contribute your own ideas to continuously improve our internal processes and customer processes.

• Documentation: You will assist in creating guides, checklists, and project documents.

Your Profile

• You are currently studying Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Digital Business, or a comparable field of study.

• You are interested in digital products, software, and innovative technologies.

• You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner.

• You are communicative, solution-oriented, and enjoy customer interaction.

• You have very good German and English language skills.

• You are open to learning new tools and systems.

• Ideally, you already have some experience in gastronomy, project management, or a technical environment – however, this is not a requirement.

• A Category B driver's license is mandatory upon starting.
