Tasks

• As a student assistant (m/w/d), you will support our Business Development Team in their daily operations and gain comprehensive insights into our e-commerce startup
• Data preparation and evaluation of sales, procurement, and market data; maintenance and further development of existing reports and dashboards
• Communication with partners and suppliers, scheduling, structured summarization of meetings and next steps
• Support in managing key customers and partners
• Optimization of strategic purchasing through price comparisons, offer evaluations, and support for negotiation documents
• Use of AI tools for research, text creation, and process optimization

Qualification

• You are studying business administration, economics or a comparable field and have great passion for entrepreneurship and e-commerce
• You work independently and are known for being structured and organized
• You have experience and interest in AI usage (e.g. Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, ChatGPT), Excel/GSheets, SQL, and BI tools
• Before you write long emails, you prefer to pick up the phone – and look forward to negotiating directly
• You want to gain valuable practical experience in a dynamic startup and develop yourself further
