Aufgaben

Your role in the team:

You are creative, work well in a team, and have a sense for social media trends? Then you're exactly right with us!

As a student assistant in marketing, you will support our team in the social media department in daily operations. You will actively participate in creating and implementing our content and at the same time have the opportunity to develop yourself further and take on more responsibility step by step.

Your tasks:

• Support in the entire social media area, from idea generation to planning, production, and publication
• Development and implementation of creative content ideas as well as participation in editorial planning and content conception
• Independent planning, direction, and editing of short videos (Reels, TikToks, etc.)
• Monitoring trends and continuous development and optimization of our content
• Taking over additional tasks and supporting online marketing
• Opportunity to get to know other areas in our start-up like sales, customer consulting, and real estate operations

Qualification

What you should bring:

• Creativity and enthusiasm for shaping marketing in a dynamic start-up
• A reliable and independent working style
• A basic understanding of marketing (from your studies or first practical experiences) as well as a sense for social media trends
• Your studies should be in the direction of marketing, design, or media or comparable
• Ideal would be first practical experiences in the field of social media or content creation
• Familiarity and first experiences with design and video editing tools (e.g. Canva, Capcut, etc.)
• A minimum availability of 12 hours per week, with the possibility of flexibilization after consultation
